Payment & Refund Policy
Full payment is required at the time of registration.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and e-transfer.
To pay by e-transfer or request an invoice, please contact us at craig@mchealtheducation.ca .
You can receive a full refund if:
You request it in writing within 7 days of enrolment, and
You have not started the course (including viewing materials or completing quizzes).
Once course materials have been accessed, refunds are not available.
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days using your original payment method or by e-transfer.
If you cannot complete your course, you may transfer your enrolment to another course date or participant within 30 days, free of charge (one time only).
This policy follows Canadian consumer protection laws and does not limit your legal rights.
