Payment and Refund Policy
Before enrolling in any MC Health Education course, please review the following payment and refund terms and conditions.
Fees Payable
Full payment is required at the time of registration.
MC Health Education accepts Visa, Mastercard, and e-transfer payments.
To arrange payment by e-transfer or to request an invoice, please contact MC Health Education directly at [insert contact email].
Organizations or employers wishing to register multiple participants may request invoicing or business account arrangements.
Course Refund Policy
MC Health Education safeguards all course fees paid by participants.
Participants are eligible for a full refund (100%) under the following conditions:
The refund request is received in writing within 7 days of enrolment; and
The participant has not accessed or begun any course modules, lessons, or quizzes.
Refunds will not be issued once a participant has accessed any portion of the course materials, completed a quiz, or received a certificate.
When a refund is approved, payment will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method or by e-transfer.
Course Transfers or Substitutions
If a participant is unable to complete their course, they may request a transfer to another course date or participant within 30 days of enrolment, subject to approval.
No administrative fee will apply for one transfer; additional changes may incur a service charge.
Consumer Protection
This policy complies with applicable Canadian consumer protection laws and does not limit any rights provided under those laws.
